Loan applications from verified clients are usually reviewed within about 30 minutes during working hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EAT). Review times may vary slightly depending on the information provided and verification requirements.

How do I receive the money?

Once your loan is approved, the funds are sent directly to your selected mobile money account so you can access them conveniently without visiting a branch.

Can I repay early?

Yes. You can repay your loan at any time before the due date through the available payment option on your account.

What happens if I delay repayment?

If repayment is delayed by up to 7 days after the due date, a 10% surcharge is applied to the outstanding balance. It is recommended to repay on time to avoid additional charges.

Can I apply for another loan before clearing the current one?

No. You must first clear your current loan balance before becoming eligible to submit another loan application.
