1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using TeezerLoan, creating an account, submitting information, applying for a loan, receiving a disbursement, making a repayment, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any related policies displayed on the site, including the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use the service, you must meet the eligibility requirements communicated on the platform from time to time. These may include age requirements, identity requirements, contactability requirements, and the need to provide accurate and verifiable information.

You confirm that the information you provide is true, current, complete, and belongs to you or is lawfully provided with proper authority.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict access where we detect suspicious activity, multiple failed login attempts, misuse, fraud risk, or any other security concern.

4. Identity Verification

We may require you to provide identification details and supporting documents before activating your account, reviewing your application, or allowing access to certain services. You agree to provide clear, accurate, and unaltered information and documents.

We may reject, delay, suspend, or terminate an application or account where information appears false, misleading, incomplete, suspicious, inconsistent, or incapable of being verified.

5. Loan Applications and Approval

A loan application is a request for review and does not guarantee approval. Approval, rejection, limits, disbursement timing, repayment periods, and any offered terms are subject to our review process, eligibility checks, risk assessment, operational checks, and available service conditions.

We may approve, reject, defer, request more information, revise, or decline any application at our discretion and in line with our operating criteria and compliance responsibilities.

6. Loan Terms, Fees, and Repayment

Before you accept any approved loan, you should carefully review the amount offered, repayment period, due date, repayment amount, and any disclosed fees or charges shown on the platform or approval flow.

Once a loan is accepted and disbursed, you are responsible for repaying the full amount due by the applicable due date using the approved repayment channels available on the platform.

Based on the service information currently presented on the site, delayed repayment of up to 7 days after the due date may attract a 10% surcharge on the outstanding balance. Any specific repayment figures shown to you during the live loan or repayment flow remain the most relevant figures for your account.

7. Early Repayment

You may repay early where the platform allows it. Early repayment does not remove obligations that have already accrued unless the system or your loan terms explicitly state otherwise.

8. Single Active Loan Rule

Unless the platform expressly allows otherwise, you must clear your existing loan obligations before becoming eligible to submit another loan application. Where an application is already pending review or a loan remains unpaid, additional applications may be restricted.

9. Communications

By using the platform, you agree that we may contact you using the details you provide, including by phone, SMS, email, dashboard notices, or similar service communications, for matters relating to account access, verification, applications, approvals, repayments, reminders, support, fraud prevention, or service updates.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not provide false, stolen, manipulated, or misleading information.

You must not use another person’s identity, phone number, payment channel, or documents without authority.

You must not attempt to interfere with platform security, gain unauthorized access, scrape data, abuse the site, or misuse the service.

You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.

11. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, reject, or terminate access to any account, application, or service where necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, manage risk, respond to fraud concerns, comply with law, or address unresolved repayment or verification issues.

12. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep the website and dashboard available and reliable, but service interruptions, maintenance windows, third-party outages, mobile money delays, verification delays, or technical issues may occur from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TeezerLoan is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, inability to access the service, delays caused by third parties, incorrect details submitted by you, unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials, or events beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
